The Department of Pathology focuses on diagnosing diseases by examining tissues, organs, and bodily fluids. It plays a critical role in disease diagnosis by analysing samples to identify disease types and stages, helping guide treatment decisions, by performing microscopic examinations of tissue samples and cell samples to detect abnormalities (Histology, haematology and Cytology), also by laboratory testing and autopsy services.
